Everything about our pizzas is hand made, from the simple dough, made with nothing but flour, yeast, olive oil, salt and water. Full of flavour and once baked on the stone slab directly next to the open flames it's deliciously chewy, crispy and very light.
The tomato sauce, also hand made, is full of herbs and garlic, beautifully complementing the toppings with pure mozzarella cheese. We use only ethically, locally sourced meat that has been allowed to live a free range and happy life, like our ham and bacon from Treflach Farm, and the minced lamb which is bred on our butchers own farm! Everything is made by hand, with love and attention to every detail.

Simple; Margherita, Hawaii, Roast Mediterranean Vegetable, Garlic Mushroom, Pepperoni.
More interesting; Spicy middle eastern lamb and feta, hand carved Serrano ham and black olive, mixed pepper and anchovy, poached salmon and capers, Thyme, red onion and parmesan, Goat's cheese and artichoke, Courgette and Goat's cheese, etc. etc..
We also do dessert pizzas… chocolate, banana and toffee being a resounding favourite!
Of course what pizzas we cook is up to you, just let us know your favourites and we will try and accommodate.
We do offer straightforward event catering too, from simple wedding buffets, small parties in your own home to seated event meals.
